Important Notification & Update

On 14th June 2024 after the completion of an ASD, the Godfreys Commercial business, All Company IP, Websites and Trademarks were acquired under new ownership. 

If you purchased an item from Electrical Home Aids Pty Ltd (Godfreys Group of Companies) (All Administrators appointed by PwC), prior to 31st May 2024, it is important to note that the business with which you transacted is different to the business trading under Godfreys from 14th June 2024 onward.

Electrical Home Aids Pty Ltd (Godfreys Group of Companies) (All Administrators appointed) went into Voluntary Administration on 30th January 2024 then ceased trading is retail stores and online sales channel on or before 31st May 2024.

In light of this, the appointed administrators PwC established a dedicated email for customers that have a fault or problem with products purchased between 30th January 2024 and 31st May 2024.

If you have purchased Godfreys Branded item from the Godfreys after the 14th June 2024 and require assistance with a fault, please contact the Godfreys Support Team at support@godfreys.com.au
